Ranveer Singh is ‘greeenest flag’: says Karan Johar

‘Ranveer singh is the greenest flag’- The film maker recently declared this statement,about the Rocky aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani Actor.

The Bajirao Mastani actor studied for a month and a half to master the Kathak dance number in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, the director disclosed.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani was a romantic comedy film, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. It was Karan Johar’s directorial return, after a brief hiatus from directing movies.

While talking about the movie, Karan Johar opened up about Ranveer’s Kathak dance sequence in the movie, and stated he is the ‘greenest flag’.
Karan Johar discussed whether Ranveer Singh was concerned about how the public would view him performing Kathak on Dola Re Dola with Tota Roy Chowdhury in an interview with Lilly Singh on her YouTube channel. “Ranveer is the greenest flag that you will find,” the director said, adding that he simply embraced his role as Rocky Randhawa like a true movie star.

The actor practiced for that performance for a month and a half, according to KJo, who also shared the star’s reaction to learning the dance form to ace the number.

“Ranveer Singh not only did it, but he aced the dance scene in front of about 500 people on that set,” the director said. He acknowledged that Tota and Ranveer are not formally trained dancers. However, they had the grace and he performed it like a pro after receiving training from Vaibhavi Merchant. Johar claims that not a single question was posed.
