Varun Dhawan, the handsome hunk of Bollywood, surprised everyone in February 2024 when he revealed that his wife, Natasha Dalal, is pregnant and they are expecting their first child. Since then, his admirers have waited for him to reveal the wonderful news. On June 3, the couple welcomed a baby daughter. The first time anybody saw the newborn was when the mother was leaving the hospital with the baby. But if you are wondering what they called their baby girl, you are in for a surprise. The star told KBC that their daughter’s name is Lara.

Varun Dhawan hosted the most recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati alongside filmmaker Raj from the well-known filmmaking combo Raj & DK. As they responded to Amitabh Bachchan’s queries on the show, the megastar questioned about Varun and Natasha Dalal’s baby girl’s name. The Citadel: Honey Bunny revealed that they have named their first kid LARA.

Big B told Varun that this year’s Diwali will be more meaningful for him because he will be celebrating it at home with his Lakshmi. To this, the Bhediya actor agreed. “Yes” stating that they have decided the little girl’s name but haven’t shared it yet. “I’m still learning to connect with her; it’s just as you said when a baby comes home, everything changes,” Dhawan added.

The first-time parent also noted that, even when they manage to sleep, they are frequently concerned about their child. “Back then, a new gadget had come out. You’d place it near the bed, and if the baby made even the slightest noise, it would alert us. It came in handy,” the Badrinath Ki Dulhania star said.

Senior Bachchan also shared a golden advice for living a happy married life with the actor. He advised him to keep his wife happy, saying that if she is comfortable, everything else will fall into place, and that if she is happy, their child will be happy as well. The mahanayak also declared, ‘Wife is ultimate’.
