The official trailer for the second season of the Tamil criminal thriller Suzhal The Vortex has been released on Prime Video. The new season Suzhal The Vortex, which was written and created by Pushkar and Gayatri and directed by Bramma and Sarjun KM. This will be released on February 28 in different number of languages including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.

This season carries viewers to the made-up Tamil Nadu village of Kaalipattanam, where the community is torn apart by the horrific murder of legendary lawyer and activist Chellappa.

In this series the cast was Lal, Saravanan, Gouri Kishan, Samyuktha Vishwanathan, Monisha Blessy, Rini, and others. Kathir and Aishwarya Rajesh repeat their starring roles in the eight-episode series. Special appearances are also planned for Kayal Chandran and Manjima Mohan.

This season brings viewers to the made-up Tamil Nadu village of Kaalipattanam, where the community is rocked by the vicious murder of legendary lawyer and activist Chellappa (Lal). While Nandini (Aishwarya Rajesh), plagued by her past, faces an uncertain future in prison, Sub-Inspector Sakkarai (Kathir) is in charge of the inquiry. When eight seemingly unrelated young ladies are named as the main suspects, the case gets even more complicated, and Sakkarai must sort through a web of lies before the truth is obscured by the shadows.

Audience loved the first season. After that success the makers have decided to make the second part for this project. Director Sarjun KM and Bramma were excited about the series’ continuation.
