Sara Ali Khan came to Instagram today (November 1) to share a series of photos with her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Immersed in the festive spirit of Diwali, the actress posted several touching and candid photos from her home, which was decked with lights and flowers.
The Kedarnath actress captioned the post with her iconic poetry that read, “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham With my Brother Jaan, it’s always fun Kabhi laughter & sometimes he’ll scold, and Appa Jaan will do as she’s told.”
Sara wore a yellow ethnic suit and wrapped her hair in a ponytail for the special post. She was also seen wearing two slim necklaces, one of which included a shivling pendant. Meanwhile, Iggy looked dapper and sophisticated in a blue tuxedo.
Fans flooded the comments section after the image, gushing over the ‘cutest’ sister combination, with one user writing, “Saif and Amrita version 2.0.” Another reader joked, “Younger brothers bossing elder sisters,” and a third fan said, “Definitely Tom and Jerry vibes.” A person added, “The cutest siblings,” and another complimented the actress, saying, “She’s damn beautiful.” While a user named them, “Best brother, sis Jodi.”
Sara Ali Khan also took to Instagram stories on Thursday to share a glimpse of her Diwali celebrations. The actress, dressed in a white traditional attire, tweeted a stunning snapshot of herself standing in front of her temple, while another showed her lighting diyas (earthen pots).
Sara’s next professional appearance will be in Anurag Basu’s Metro In Dino, with Aditya Roy Kapur. The film is scheduled for release on November 29, 2024.
Meanwhile, Ibrahim will make his acting debut in Karan Johar’s Dharma-backed film Sarzameen. Kayoze Irani directed the film, which also stars Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran in prominent parts.
