In a recent viral video of GHMC Joint Commissioner Janakiram, who was caught by his wife with younger women, she confronted him and beat him. Later, police intervened and detained the couple for further inquiry. According to the sources, Janakiram has been staying with this woman for the past few days, and once his wife got to know about this, she tracked him, and she caught them red-handed. This incident happened in Warasiguda police limits, and further, the case has been registered, and the investigation has started. When police approached the GHMC officials, they didn’t agree with the comments, stating it was a personal issue.

Case Update:

After this case investigation, GHMC Joint Commissioner Janakiram was arrested. He was suspended from his job by the higher authorities after the investigation process started. Based on his wife’s complaint to the Warasiguda police, following the investigation, he was arrested two days back. His arrest was kept a secret by the police and his family members. After his suspension by the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration (CDMA) officials, he was shifted to Chanchalguda jail.
