The Hyderabad Meteorological Center has warned that the state will be like a fire furnace from tomorrow (March 2). It said that between March 2 and 5, the temperatures in the districts of East and North Telangana will be 38-40 degrees Celsius. There is a chance of temperatures of 36-38 degrees Celsius in Hyderabad city. It said that the weather will be slightly cold at night and in the morning on March 6-8, and the daytime temperature will also decrease to 1-2 degrees Celsius. After March 8, there will be a rise in temperatures again. To this extent, an alert has been issued for all districts.
The highest temperature recorded in Bhadrachalam on Friday was 38.3 degrees, according to officials at the Hyderabad Meteorological Center. The night temperatures are gradually increasing. The IMD has advised people to be vigilant and expect severe heat waves in the months of March, April and May. Meanwhile, experts are advising people to take precautions in the wake of the increasing intensity of the sun. They are advising people to go out in the afternoon only if necessary. If they have to go out, they are advised to wear loose cotton clothes and cover their heads with an umbrella or pocket handkerchief. They are also advised to take light food along with drinks like buttermilk and coconut water. They are advised to stay away from spicy food and drink water frequently.
