Rashii Khanna and Shahid Kapoor’s Farzi, which was released in 2023, was a digital blockbuster. This series was directed by Raj and DK. Now the female lead in this series, Rashii Khanna, has responded to the rumors of Farzi 2. After the first part was released on Amazon Prime video, most of the people are eagerly waiting for the season 2 release. Even the makers have confirmed that there is a sequel to this also rashii Khanna has reconfirmed that Farzi 2 will happen. In a recent television interview, she confirmed that the season 2 process is going on.

Rashii Khanna’s Response: 

Rashii said, “A sequel will definitely happen. Raj-DK is still in the writing stage. That’s what I was told by them. But they’re the right people to answer this question. Shahid is also as clueless as me. We’ve no idea what’s happening.”

Following that, she also said that the lead actors are waiting for the call from the directors stating they’re ready with the script. “I really can’t wait to start Farzi 2. Hopefully, we should begin shooting for it sometime this year. Let’s see what happens,” she added

Raashii Khanna’s upcoming films:
Regarding her career, Raashii Khanna has finished filming TME, her upcoming project. In the film, the actress will appear alongside Vikrant Massey, who co-starred with her in The Sabarmati Report. The makers have not yet announced the movie’s theatrical release date, though. Raashii had previously called her character “beautifully broken.” The Sabarmati Report, starring Vikrant and Ridhi Dogra, was her final cinematic release in Hindi.

Budget for Farzi:
This web series is estimated to cost around 100 crores of the production budget. This huge budget series was the most-watched Indian series of the all time. It is said that this show was inspired by the real life crimes. Most of the people are attracted to this film because of the realistic portrayal of characters and also engaging storyline with strong performances.
