Aamir confirmed the Andaz Apna Apna sequel during his 60th birthday celebrations. Officially, he has announced that he told Rajkumar Santhoshi to work on the script. In this conversation, he said, “We would all want Andaz Apna Apna 2. We have told Raj ji (director Rajkumar Santoshi) to work on the script. As soon as his script is ready, Salman and I would want to work on it. I think the audience would love to watch Andaz Apna Apna 2… Raj ji is working on the script.”

On his 60th birthday, Bollywood top actors shared the birthday moments with him. Actors like Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan were spotted at Aamir Khan’s residence. According to the sources, Shah Rukh Khan left the premises behind his security to avoid the media, but Salman Khan came out of the residence casually with Aamir. He also wished him happy birthday wishes in front of the media.

Aamir Khan Rejected Films:

Throughout the conversation,  Aamir also mentioned a few big movies he had rejected that went on to become huge hits. He initially had Darr, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and Munna Bhai on his radar, but Aamir had other plans. He acknowledged that he thought Salman should play Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Shah Rukh Khan was the ideal choice for Darr, and by the time Munna Bhai arrived, the part had already developed into a follow-up starring Sanjay Dutt. In hindsight, Aamir believes it was the best decision for everyone.

Upcoming Movies: 

Aamir’s upcoming movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, is a thematic follow-up to his 2007 hit film Taare Zameen Par, in case that wasn’t enough to thrill you. This time, Aamir will portray the antagonist in a narrative that centers on ten unique people. The movie is scheduled to be released in June.
