Nitesh Tiwari and Ranbir Kapoor’s Ramayan; First Poster unveiled. Nitesh Tiwari, best known for blockbusters like Dangal and Chhichhore will be coming back with another iconic film. The rumors about Nitesh making a film on Ramayan were going on and off for a year. Though there is no official announcement, few media sources found out the cast of the film. Ranbir Kapoor appears as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi plays the role of Devi Sita in the movie. Some pictures surfaced online earlier this year. Kapoor and Pallavi were seen as Ram and Sita in those pictures. Despite the official announcement, it is the most anticipated movie of the future.

The first official statement from the makers is finally out. Namit Malhotra, the writer of Nitesh Tiwar’s Ramayan has taken his Instagram to share the details of the movie with the first-ever poster. The poster contains the arrow with the title ‘RAMAYANA’ and the release dates. The most awaited movie is set to be released in two parts on Diwali 2026 and Diwali 2027.

The KGF actor, Yash has recently confirmed that he is playing Ravan in the movie. Yash is the film’s first lead actor to publicly disclose his involvement. He also confirmed the role of Sai Pallavi in the movie and revealed that he always wanted to play the role of Ravan.

The anticipation around the movie increased after the massive failure of the Tollywood movie Adipurush starring Prabahs. Om directed Adipurush.
