Imtiaz Ali has spoken about the possibility of a Rockstar sequel. Despite creating a lot of anticipation when it came out, the Ranbir Kapoor film did not make the anticipated amount at the box office. However, now that things have changed, Jordan, played by Ranbir Kapoor, is at last as well-known as the film’s soundtrack. Nevertheless, Imtiaz has made hints that a sequel to the movie might be in order. Will it happen, and if it does, when?

Therefore, depending on the storyline, Ranbir might make a comeback as Jordan or a character akin to him. However, Nargis Fakhri is unlikely to return for the sequel because her role perished in the first movie.
