Nandamuri Balakrishna and Bobby’s upcoming action entertainer tentatively titled NBK109 is now titled as Daku Maharaj. Also check out the upcoming action thriller’s first trailer release date.

Tollywood’s legendary actor Nandamuri Balakrishna has recently enjoyed a successful run at the box office, with films such as Bhagavanth Kesari , and Veera Sinha Reddy. He is now gearing up for theatrical release of his upcoming action thriller Daku Maharaj on Sankranthi 202. The film, tentatively titled NBK109, is directed by Sardaar Gabbar Singh, Venky Mama, and Waltair Veerayya fame Bobby Kolli. A source revealed that the producers locked the film’s title as Daku Maharaj.

The filmmakers yet to make official announcement about the title. The makers are prepping up a CGI-laced teaser with elite visuals to announce the title. The video will have Balayya seated on a horse and come with a riveting background score.

Daku Maharaj is made with an estimated budget of Rs 300 crore and marks Balayya’s one of the most expensive films ever made. It is reported that the actor charged Rs 18 crore for his film Bhagavanth Kesari and Rs 20 crore for NBK 109.

The  upcoming action thriller film ensemble cast includes Nandamuri Balakrishna, Bobby Deol, Urvashi Rautela in the lead roles, while Chandini Chowdary, Dulquer Salmaan, Payal Rajput, Krishna Murali Posani, Prakash Raj, Sriram Reddy Polasane and Ronit Roy star in the supporting roles.

Director Bobby Kolli is said to be sculpting the film to ensure it’s a memorable one for Nandamuri fans. The film funded by Sithara Entertainments is headed for theatrical debut coming Sankranthi . Nandamuri Balakrishna’s action starrer is set to clash with Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Sundeep Kishan’s Majaka, Bellamkonda Sreenivas’ film and Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly and Venkatesh’ Sankranthiki Vastunnam at Sankranthi 2025 box office.
