Kriti Sanon is a well-known Bollywood Actress. Starting her career with a Tollywood film beside Mahesh Babu, she had a great filmography with a wide range of roles in various scripts. She has done many experimental films like Mimi, Bareli ki Barfi, Likka Chuppi, Bhediya etc. Her latest films ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ and ‘Crew’ has left audience in awe struck with two contrast personalities that kriti played simultaneously. She also won a National award for her performance in an experimental film ‘Mimi’ portraying a surrogate mother who ends up with the child after the real parents leave the child. Despite being a busy and the most happening actress, Kriti ventured into a cosmetic brand ‘Hypen’ that provides a wide range of skincare products and are magical on skin. After everything, Kriti turned producer with her own Production house named ‘Blue Butterfly films’. This production house is now launching its first film, That is a female driven film. This film ‘Do Patti’ features Kriti Sanon in dual role, Kajol Devgn and Shaheer Sheikh in vital roles.
In an interview, Kriti Sanon revaled a few interesting facts about the making of ‘Do Patti’. When she was asked about the reason behind casting Shaheer Sheikh. She responded saying, ‘ It was not my decision but I was surely in the process. It was a crucial role for the film. This character has to have a loverboy charm in him and also the character is layered, It has a lot of shades. This person has to have chemistry with both the girls.”
She further explained the process saying, ” We were looking for so long but we couldn’t find one. The last ten actors on list, I decided to be there and act the scenes with them. So that we will know where the chemistry works better. As an actor, we need to have a sort of understanding. That’s when I saw Shaheer and It worked well’.
