A sudden cold sweat for no reason could be a sign of a heart attack. Similarly, feeling dizzy or faint is also a warning sign. These symptoms often appear before a heart attack in women. 4. Jaw, Neck, or back pain

In men, heart attack pain usually radiates to the left arm. But in women, this pain can be felt in the jaw, neck, back, or even both arms. This pain can gradually increase or suddenly become severe. If this pain comes for no reason, do not take it lightly.

If you feel very tired without any exertion or work, it could be a sign of a heart attack. If you are having trouble doing daily tasks, it could be a warning sign of a heart attack.
