Ramzan Special Recipe: How to make sheer khurma at home

Ramzan Special Recipe: For the Muslim community, Ramadan, also called Eid al-Fitr, is one of the most important holidays. The holy month of Ramadan, when Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset, give to charity, and pray daily, concludes on this day. It is observed on the first day of the Islamic calendar month of Shawwal, which is the tenth month. The festival will include morning prayers, spending time with your family members, and exchanging gifts. Let’s now look at the process of Ramzan special dessert Sheer Khurma.

Sheer Khurma Recipe:
Sheer Khurma is a smooth vermicelli pudding garnished with saffron, dates, and dry fruits. During the Eid celebrations, Muslim households treasure this creamy delight. This dish is one of the Ramzan Special Recipe in this holy month.

Preparation:
To make this delicious sweet, first we need to saute pistachios, raisins, and almonds well in the ghee, following this, we need to roast vermicelli in the ghee. After roasting and sauting the dry fruits, we need to take milk in the pan and keep it on a simmer till it thickens, and add sugar and simmer again.

After this process, the main part is to add the roasted vermicelli and the dry fruits, which were sautéed first. After 5 minutes of boiling, we need to add saffron to the milk for richness. In the last part of this mix it well and add cardamom powder on the top for adding flavours.

After cooking this, keep it aside and serve it chilled, and add dates on the top for garnishing.
