As per the instructions of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the account of all the transactions of the financial year 2024-25 has been prepared. Due to this, the RBI has issued an order for a bank holiday on April 1, 2025. On April 1, banks will be open in some places, but in many states of India, banks will remain closed.

According to the RBI, there will be no bank holiday in some places of India on Tuesday, April 1. Banks will open in Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, West Bengal, and Himachal Pradesh. People here will be able to avail banking facilities on April 1.
If the bank is closed in your city on April 1 and you want to withdraw money, then you can withdraw cash with the help of your ATM card. Apart from this, you can also do online transactions through the online banking facility or UPI payment. However, to get the work of depositing a check or draft done in the bank, you will have to wait for the bank branch to open.
