UPI Service Down Again: Second Disruption This Week

UPI Service Down Again: A big update is coming out regarding Unified Payment Interface (UPI). It is being reported that Unified Payment Interface (UPI) services on major apps stalled on Wednesday. According to Down Detector, a total of 449 complaints were registered till 8 pm. Out of these, about 53 percent of users faced problems while transferring money through apps. Let us tell you that this has happened for the second time in a week. Earlier, on March 26, UPI services were also stalled.


Users expressed displeasure

After UPI services were stalled, the displeasure of the users came to the fore on social media. On social media platform X, a user posted that it seems UPI has stalled again! At the same time, another user wrote, What is happening with UPI these days? It is failing every other day. At this pace, one day I will be forced to wash dishes in a hotel. Also, the user said that the government should take appropriate steps for the smooth functioning of UPI. Despite being the trusted site for UPI transactions, the constant Service Down is causing frustration amongst users.

If your UPI payment is failing, try again after some time. But before that, definitely check the updates related to this matter on the official website of NPCI and your bank or the social media pages of authentic newspapers. Apart from this, make all your payments through net banking, debit/credit card, or cash only. It is worth noting that earlier, on March 26, UPI services were also disrupted, due to which there was a problem in digital transactions, and a large number of users complained of problems in the instant payment interface.
