Reports suggest that Rana, Headley and others planned attacks on multiple sites. National Defence College and India Gate were among the targets. The charge sheet mentions names like Hafiz Saeed, Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and Sajid Mir. These individuals are linked to the Mumbai attacks.
Communication Before the Attack
Records reveal that Rana spoke to Headley 231 times before the attack. In his last visit to India, he had 66 secret meetings. Rana’s company, First World Immigration Services, helped Headley enter India. Investigators found that Rana was involved in eight espionage missions in India.
