Once the deadline passes, vehicles without HSRP will face restrictions. Owners cannot sell, transfer or insure vehicles without the updated number plate. Pollution certificates will also not be issued for non-compliant vehicles.
Responsibilities of Vehicle Owners
Authorities will impose fines on vehicles that fail to comply. The government has instructed all dealers to display the official HSRP price list publicly.
