In a recent X post, senior actor Chiranjeevi shares a healthy and reassuring update of Pawan Kalyan’s son Mark Shankar. The post, which was laden with gratitude and positivity, is testimony to the family’s unbreakable faith and the tremendous support from their communities.
Chiranjeevi shares heartfelt note on Mark Shankar’s Recovery. Even though still in need of further recovery, the family wishes for his recovery on a gradual note. “Our child Mark Shankar is home. But he still needs to recover,” Chiranjeevi said, also adding that the worst is yet to go but there is still a means to gain health.
Divine Blessings and Hanuman Jayanti
The largest portion of the update was the acknowledgment of the divine intervention. Chiranjeevi credited the benevolence and mercy of the family’s Kula Devta, Anjaneya Swamy, with having rescued Mark Shankar from sustaining any more injury in the recent accident. He added that by the blessing of their favorite deity, the child would be cured completely and become normal very soon. The update also stated that the timing of his homecoming is coinciding with Hanuman Jayanti—a day of immense religious and emotional significance to the family. “Today is Hanuman Jayanti, that Swami saved that child from a major accident and tragedy and stood by us,” he wrote, his heart full of thanks.

The post also went on to add that the recovery has been facilitated by record solidarity. Chiranjeevi averred that people from several villages and areas are gathering in prayer and wishing Mark Shankar a quick recovery. This togetherness has given a lot of comfort to the family during these testing times. “Personally, on behalf of my younger brother Kalyan Babu @PawanKalyan and on behalf of our entire family, thank you all.”
He expressed, as he thanked the public for the support and affection.
