While transaction details, including who you sent money to and where payments were made are stored in the history sometimes we may want to delete these for privacy reasons. Google Pay provides a way to delete this history. Here’s how you can do it:

### Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Google Pay Transaction History:

1. Open Google Pay: First, open the Google Pay app on your phone.


2. Go to Settings: Once the app is open, navigate to your profile and select the “Settings” option.

3. Select Privacy & Security: In the settings menu, click on the “Privacy & Security” option.

4. Choose Data and Personalization: Under this section, you’ll see the “Data & Personalization” option. Select it.

5. Click on Your Google Account: The first line in this section will show your Google account. Click on it to proceed.

6. Login to Your Google Account: Log in to your Google account using your email ID details.

7. View and Delete Transactions: Once logged in, you will see a list of all your past transactions with details like the date and the amount. You can simply click on the ‘X’ mark next to any transaction to delete it from your history.

### Note:
This feature is currently only available on Google Pay. If you are using other UPI apps like PhonePe, unfortunately, you won’t have the option to delete your transaction history. So, if you’re concerned about privacy and want to remove any personal transaction details, using Google Pay will help you manage your data more effectively.

By following these steps, you can easily delete any unwanted transactions from your Google Pay history and maintain better control over your privacy.
