US Walmart: Four men, calling themselves as the “cutthroat cowboys,” are shown riding their “emotional support” horses through a Louisiana Walmart in a video that has gone viral online. The trio was shown in the video riding a horse and ambling past cashiers and along the aisles of the Baker store, leaving astonished customers and staff behind. The males are seen navigating the big-box supermarket in the approximately 40-second footage, looking unaffected.
Onlookers reacted in horror as the scene played out, with one person saying, “What the f—?” Seemingly amused, a Walmart staffer recommended contacting the police, stating that the group was “going to scare the s— out of somebody.”

By Friday morning, Mason Webb and the other four horseback riders had surrendered to the authorities and were being charged. Webb said the act was innocent and that he had to bring his “emotional support animal” inside the Walmart shop. Webb was the one who led his horse past the checkout registers in the widely shared video. On Thursday, one of the riders and a minor turned themselves in, and the others did the same the following day, all of them facing the same charges.
In a conversation with one of the horse riders, he said, “It was fun, we were famous. That’s all. We didn’t wanna hurt anybody. We always ride to Baker, and we just wanted to do it that day. That’s my emotional support animal…”
The horseback riders could be punished for what they did. They might be fined up to $500, imprisoned for up to six months, or both for going into the store and staying there after being told not to. They might also face a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail or a $100 fine for disturbing the peace.
