Arjun, Son of Vyjayanthi Storyline
The film starts with the bond between Arjun (Nandamuri Kalyan Ram), son of a sincere police officer, and Vyjayanthi (Vijayashanti). Vyjayanthi wants her son, Arjun, to become an IPS officer. But Arjun’s life takes a dramatic turn when he crosses paths with a dangerous mafia group. With the forced situations, he becomes distant from his mother. The whole film revolves around the struggle of a son to fulfill his mother’s expectations and simultaneously fight for justice.
The film grabbed the audience with its emotional depth in the story, where many will find it relatable with the mother-and-son relationship. Kalyan Ram gave his best in his role where he had to play both ends of the spectrum. The vulnerability and aggression took the film to a drastic turn in his character.
Vijayashanti’s commanding screen presence made the film more layered and added depth to the story. However, the film has more expected twists and turns, with a mix of engaging moments. The cinematography and action sequences are visually appealing, but the music and background score fail to leave a lasting impression.
