Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a telephonic talk with tech titan Elon Musk recently, where Elon Musk Discuss cooperation in Tech and Innovation with PM Modi. The scope for cooperation in technology and innovation was discussed extensively. The talk was on issues of their previous summit in Washington DC, where the emphasis had been on India’s determination to expand its cooperation with the United States in these fields.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi reiterated India’s interest to further bilateral cooperation in new technologies. He restated that innovation should be driven and benefited from in terms of technological development as a way of tackling global issues. Musk, interested in space development and sustainable development, was interested in knowing cooperative possibilities.
