Shravan later got in touch with Manikanth and Anand from Visakhapatnam through Prashant. They supplied him steroids without any legal licenses. Shravan ordered these drugs online. He not only used them for himself but also started selling them to other youth interested in bodybuilding. Seeing profits from the sale, Shravan made it his regular source of income.

Police Investigation and Arrest

Shravan has been using steroids for five years. He also encouraged others to use them. Warangal police received information about his activities. On Friday evening, the Matwada police took him into custody. During questioning, Shravan confessed to selling illegal steroids. Police seized banned drugs worth ₹20,000. The other accused – Prashant, Manikanth and Anand are still on the run.

Health Dangers of Steroids

Police warned that steroids may cause serious health problems. These include heart related issues and other major health risks. ACP appreciated the Matwada police team for uncovering this illegal activity.
