Elderly Man Beaten, Dragged by Doctor in MP

Elderly Man Beaten: Last Thursday, a doctor at the district hospital in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, brutally assaulted a 77-year-old man in a startling act of violence. Even more unsettling was what transpired next. The ailing elderly guy was allegedly threatened with imprisonment inside the hospital’s police outpost after being hauled across the grounds.

The incident happened on April 17, and the witnesses recorded it on their mobile cameras. To treat a stomach vein condition, Udhavlal Joshi had taken his sick wife to the hospital. He claimed that a doctor confronted them while they were in line with innumerable others. Mr. Joshi claims that the doctor questioned them why they were in line since he was annoyed by the crowd. The doctor allegedly struck him when he attempted to explain. The physician then pulled him inside the hospital grounds to the police outpost.

“I was kicked by the doctor and pulled to the chowki. He smashed my glasses and slapped me. In addition, he threatened to kill me and tore my slip. Additionally, my wife was beaten,” Mr. Joshi informed reporters. The doctor left the site in the face of public indignation and indisputable proof of the incident. Hospital officials were also compelled to respond as a result of the outcry. The hospital’s civil surgeon, Dr. GL Ahirwar, said the media authorities that the incident happened two days ago.

Take A Look At The Video:

“The patient was accused of indecent behavior by the doctor at first. Nonetheless, the doctor’s inappropriate and dishonorable behavior is evident in the video. We launched a departmental investigation right away. Members of the inquiry committee are en route, and a notification has been sent out,” Dr. Ahirwar stated.
