Nani: Natural Star Nani’s latest film is ‘Hit 3: The Third Case’. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, this crime investigation thriller is set to release on May 1. It is known that Vishwak Sen played the lead role in ‘Hit 1’ and Adivi Sesh played the lead role in ‘Hit 2’. Nani recently responded to the fact that Vishwak was not cast in the second part. He revealed what actually happened behind this.
Nani’s ‘Hit 3: The Third Case’ is ready for release. It is going to be brought to theaters on a large scale on May 1 as a summer special. Sailesh Kolanu is the director of this. This film is part of the Hit verse he created. The two parts that have already been released have achieved good success. That is why there are good expectations in the trade circles for the third film. In this context, Nani is promoting his film pan India wide. In an interview conducted as part of this, he gave clarity on the controversy with Vishwak Sen.
It is known that Vishwak Sen played the hero in the film ‘Hit: The First Case’ that came out in 2020. Vishwak created a good impact as Vikram Rudraraju. However, in ‘Hit 2: The Second Case’, instead of Vishwak, Adivi Sesh was brought in the lead role. This has led to rumors that there may have been some dispute between producer Nani and Vishwak. There were reports that Vishwak went to Sesh after he refused. Nani recently responded to this and said that this is a universe. He clarified that Vishwak was in ‘Hit 1’ and Sesh was in ‘Hit 2’.
Nani said that there was no issue with Vishwak Sen, and the changes were due to the script idea. “When the idea came to make a second part of a hit movie, we all thought of doing it with Vishwak Sen for fun. After the script was ready, it became an Andhra HIT instead of a Telangana HIT. Then, what if we introduce another cop? What if we make it like a hit verse instead of a sequel? The idea started. Vishwak and Sesh will definitely make a comeback in the upcoming movies. How it will be, how we will plan it, we will know later,” said Nani.
“Since a crime thriller was a good hit, we didn’t think of making a sequel to it. We wanted to give it an ‘Avengers’ vibe in the cop universe. After that idea came, it automatically took a different direction,” Nani said. When Vishwak was asked in an interview about casting Adivi Sesh as the hero in ‘Hit 2’, he said that he couldn’t do it because he was busy. When asked if there was a possibility of him being in Part 3, he said that he should ask the director and producers about this. He said that if the story is liked, he is ready to do it.
Speaking about releasing his films in other languages, Nani said, “I am not trying for the Hindi market. When I go to North India, people say that they have seen the Hindi dubbed versions of my films. I am getting a lot of love from the North audience. You are putting a tag like Pan India films but I have never seen it like that. I am not doing films like ‘Pushpa’ and ‘Kantara’, and i have some audiences in places like Chennai and Bangalore.
I wanted to take a good quality dubbed film to all of them. Doing promotions in all languages will help here too. I am not going to Mumbai to do promotions to launch in Hindi or to become a big Pan India star. It is just to say that we are releasing in Hindi too. That too is not being done in multiplexes. We are only releasing in single screens.”
