Curd is made naturally by adding a little curd to warm milk and letting it set. It does not have added chemicals. Yogurt, on the other hand, is often made using artificial acids and preservatives. Homemade curd is safer and healthier compared to factory-made yogurt.

How to Choose Safe Yogurt

– Always read the ingredient list on yogurt packs.
– Choose natural, full-fat curd without chemicals.
– Avoid low-fat or flavored yogurts, as they may have added sugars and emulsifiers.
– Organic curd or homemade yogurt is the best option.
