Vishwak Sen’s much anticipated cyber crime thriller Mechanic Rocky has finally hit the theaters todays and receives mixed reactions, Before hitting the theaters check out film’s Twitter reviews.

Mechanic Rocky is action comedy thriller film starring Vishawak Sen, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Shraddha Srinath written and directed by Ravi Teja Mullapudi, in his directorial debut. It is produced by Ram Talluri under SRT Entertainments. The film has music composed by Jakes Bejoy, cinematography handled by Manojh Reddy Katasani and editing by Anwar Ali. The first half is filled with weak writing, a routine screenplay, cringe-worthy comedy, a lackluster love track, and forgettable songs. Surprisingly, after the outdated first half, the second half is satisfying and engaging enough with good writing, screenplay, and twists and turns, delivering a social message that works. However, the climax feels rushed and incomplete. #VishwakSen, #ShraddhaSrinath, and #Meenakshi Chaudhary did a good job. If you can sit through the routine first half until the interval, the second half is satisfying. A mixed bag overall!”

Another Vishwak Sen fan wrote,” #MechanicRocky is a commercial entertainer that had a few laughs here and there along with a few moments that evoked interest but for the most part fails to engage overall. The story does not move at all in the first half until the interval and the comedy does not work which tests your patience. The second half is slightly better with a few interesting twists but even these portions unravel in a fairly dull way. Vishwak plays a tailor made role similar to some of his previous movies. Film had potential to be much better if the entertainment worked and the twists were executed in a more exciting way but falls short in these aspects. Ends up being a below par watch! Rating: 2.25/5.”
