Principal and Librarian: Following a physical altercation in which the principal and the librarian slapped and pulled each other’s hair, a Madhya Pradesh school was transformed into a wrestling ring. The incident happened at the Eklavya Adarsh School in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, which is about 300 kilometers from Bhopal, the state capital.

The footage of the incident has gone viral, sparking widespread attention. In the widely shared video, the principal and the librarian argue loudly. The librarian records the confrontation on her phone, but the principal, enraged, slaps her and hurls the phone to the ground.

“How dare you, ma’am? Aap ne thappad kaise maara mujhe? Himmat kaise hui aap ki?” the librarian demands, upset over the destruction of her phone. The principal then picks it up and throws it again, completely shattering it.

“How did my phone get broken? “You have no right to slap me,” the librarian commanded. The principal starts using her phone to record the altercation. The principal and the librarian then get into a full-on fight after the librarian slaps her arm. The principal’s stole is tugged by the librarian. The principal responds by grabbing her and beating her from left to right. The librarian repeatedly asks, “How dare you touch me?” to which the principal responds, “self-defense.” The two continue to trade blows and tug each other’s hair.

For now, officials have transferred both women to Assistant Commissioner Prashant Arya’s office. The viral video has triggered mixed reactions online. One person called it a “cat fight,” while another praised the third woman for stepping in to stop the brawl.

“The cleaning lady who tried to separate them is the smartest one there. The other two may have more education, but she showed more sense,” a user wrote on X.
