Operation Sindoor was a military operation conducted by the Indian Armed Forces on May 7, 2025, targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). In this context, Indian celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, Akshay Kumar, and Virat Kohli expressed strong support for Operation Sindoor on May 7, 2025, praising the Indian Armed Forces’ strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan and PoJK as a justified response to the Pahalgam attack, using platforms like X and Instagram to share patriotic messages.

Here’s what she penned:

I do not stand with war. War is not something to make memes about and joke about, it is just a means of losing innocent lives, a means of losing our civilians and our soldiers when at the end of all of this table talk hokr hi ceasefire honi hai. Have we learned nothing from world war 1 and world war 2? War is destructive and ugly and we SHOULD NOT BE CELEBRATING IT! Celebrating war is NOT OKAY, celebrating the loss of human lives is NOT OKAY.

What happened in Pagalgam wasnt funny either. It was tragic and INHUMANE. Killing people ruthlessly because they dont follow the religion you follow is TERRORISM and extremism I don’t stand with what happened there whatsoever and my heart goes out for the people who lost their life. I do not stand with these extremist and their values.
Do know that neither islam nor hinduism is teaching us extremism. Islam is literally so beautiful and easy. ISLAM IS ABOUT PEACE AND NOT TERRORISM. In fact Islam teaches us to protect the minorities and respect the people other religion. Islam DO NOT teach us to kill people of other religion, TERRORISM does. These terrorist might call themselves muslim but they are NOT. It is terrorism not Islam that takes away human lives in the name of islam/religion.

Sadly this extremism is very common in Pakistan as well. These muslim extremist target other muslims because they think that someone is not Muslim enough or is committing blasphemy or is not following the islamic values they follow. These Muslim extremist also sadly to say target the religious minorities in our country as well. There are countless examples and if as a Pakistani and muslim you disagree then sadly you are the problem. Quaid-e-Azam NEVER wanted this. He wanted people of this country to follow the religion they want with absolute freedom.

Many Muslims suffer because of hindu extremism too. Their mosques are taken away from them, their lives are taken away from them, their jobs are taken away from them. And if you as a hindu is denying that then sadly once again you are the problem. Extremism is terrorism. Killing innocents and destroying their religious shrines is terrorism. This whole thing is not about whether you stand with hindus or muslim. This is about humanity and basic human rights.

I DO NOT stand with extremism. I do not stand with war no matter which side started it. My heart goes out for the innocent lives affected by these bombings. Stay safe and stay educated.
