Since Atlee needs some time to write the script, the massively expensive two-hero epic drama starring Salman Khan will begin filming by the summer of 2025.

Atlee is all set to work with Salman Khan on his sixth directing project following the historic success of Jawan, which starred Shah Rukh Khan. The pairing of SK and Atlee on A6 has been the topic of conversation, and moviegoers have shown a want to learn more about it. As one of the greatest casting decisions of the modern period, Atlee is trying to play either Kamal Haasan or Rajinikanth for the parallel lead alongside Salman Khan in what is billed as an epic two-hero drama. The casting of the two big hero’s has not finalized yet.

Salman Khan will have a major role in Atlee’s upcoming feature film, which is a reincarnation action thriller, according to those familiar with the development. “For the past year, Atlee has been working on a massively expensive reincarnation play that takes place in both the past and the present. The director wants to create a powerful, never-before-seen time period with stunning images of a made-up universe. While the dynamics of the current era have been kept under wraps for the time being, Salman Khan will be shown in a way that has never been seen before in the role of a warrior from the past. Because the script calls for more drama and conflict in the story, the film will concentrate more on the historical scenes than the current fictional fantasy world. All the characters will be interlinked from past and present,” revealed a source close to the development.

As Atlee requires some time to finalize the script and begin pre-production for the feature film, the mega-budget two-hero epic saga will begin production by the summer of 2025, the source stated. With plenty of action, drama, thrills, and passion, Atlee aims to build a brand-new world for moviegoers in this ambitious film. By the end of this year, he hopes to lock down the whole cast for A6, and the director is certain that one of the two legends, Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan, will play the parallel lead, the source continued.

Sun Pictures will produce the movie, which will be filmed over the course of a year beginning in the summer of 2025. Salman Khan is also rumored to have his big-budget big-screen debut in 2026.

For those who don’t know, the movie will also be Salman Khan’s first appearance in a reincarnation since Karan Arjun, which came out in 1995. In the meantime, Salman Khan will also make a lengthy appearance alongside Varun Dhawan in the Christmas 2025 release of Baby John.
