Rebel Star Prabhas is currently basking the success of his consecutive blockbuster hits like Salaar 1 and Kalki 2898 AD, and his latest film, The Raja Saab, is generating quite a buzz on the internet. The upcoming comedy thriller is directed by Maruthi Dasari, the film marks their first collaboration. With nearly 90% of the shoot completed, the latest update reveals that a key schedule has been wrapped up, featuring crucial scenes featuring Prabhas, actress Niddhi Aggarwal, and Malavika Mohanan.

According to a source it is said that Prabhas is close to wrapping up dream project with Maruthi’s The Raja Saab as he intends to be done with this film at the earliest. After having shot at a leisurely pace all the while, Prabhas wants to complete the remaining portion at a brisk pace. This is due to the fact that Sandeep Reddy Vanga is ready with his script for Spirit and readily waiting for Prabhas to join the sets. This is a far bigger prospect for Prabhas than any of his upcoming films. In tune with this, Prabhas is said to be excited about what is coming up with Vanga.

Prabhas is the biggest name associated with Telugu cinema currently and the fact that he has two 1000 crore grossers instates the same. His upcoming horror comedy with romance, is touted as a Pan-India release, showcasing Prabhas in a never seen fun avatar.

The film was funded by T. G. Vishwa Prasad under the banner People Media Factory and was officially announced in January 2024, with the release title, The Raja Saab. The film has music is composed by Thaman S, cinematography handled by Karthik Palani and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The Raja Saab is scheduled to be released in theatres on 10 April 2025.
