Rahul Dev: On the evening of May 23, 2025, Mukul Dev, a well-known Bollywood actor and model, died in New Delhi. The actor, who starred in movies like Son of Sardaar, R-Rajkumar, and Jai Ho, was reportedly ill and spent more than a week in the hospital before his condition worsened. Actor Rahul Dev, his brother, confirmed the news and shared the cremation arrangements in a touching message on May 24, 2025.

Rahul Dev confirms Brother Mukul’s Death:
Actor Rahul Dev, Mukul Dev’s grieving older brother, confirmed the news in an official statement hours after it first circulated. The actor eventually revealed the death of his younger brother, Mukul Dev, on Instagram. The actor will be cremated at Delhi’s Dayanand Mukti Dham today, May 24, 2025, at 5 p.m., according to the message.

Rahul Dev’s Statement:

On his official Instagram account, he wrote, “Our brother Mukul Dev passed away peacefully at New Delhi last night. He’s survived by his daughter Sia Dev. Missed by siblings Rashmi Kaushal, Rahul Dev, and nephew Sidhant Dev. Cremation at 5 PM. Address: Dayanand Mukti Dham, H6OR & GF4, Nizamuddin West, Delhi-110013.”

On X, actor Manoj Bajpayee, who costarred with Mukul in Dastak, voiced his sorrow. He wrote, “It’s impossible to put into words what I’m feeling. Mukul was a brother in spirit, an artist whose warmth and passion were unmatched. Gone too soon, too young. Praying for strength and healing for his family and everyone grieving this loss. Miss you meri jaan…until we meet again,  Om Shanti.”
