Gaddar Awards 2025: Complete list of winners

Gaddar Awards 2025: The Telugu film industry, for once in a span of 14 years, is witnessing the revival of its prestigious state-sponsored film awards. In a landmark decision, the Chief Minister of the state has announced that awards will once again be conferred to the best among Telugu cinema. These awards will now be called the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards, in memory of the legendary poet and revolutionary artist Kavi Gaddar.


New Jury and Organizers Step In

A committed awards jury has been constituted with veteran actress Jayasudha heading it, with her ample experience and passion for cinema. The announcement of the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards was made at 10 a.m. by Jayasudha. Dil Raju, the Chairman of the Film Development Corporation, made the full declaration of winners.

Best Feature Film (1st): Kalki 2898 AD

Second Best Feature Film: Pottel

Third Best Feature Film: Lucky Bhaskar

These films compete for the finest in storytelling, direction, and production.

Outstanding Performances Recognized

Best Actor: Allu Arjun for Pushpa 2

Best Actress: Nivetha Thomas for 35 Iti Chinna Nai

Best Director: Nag Ashwin for Kalki 2898 AD

Best Supporting Actor: SJ Surya for Saripoda Sabari

Best Supporting Actress: Saranya Pradeep for Ambajipet Marriage Band

Musical and Technical Excellence Honored
