Monsoon Immunity: As the monsoon season arrives, India enters survival mode. While it’s important to enjoy the cool breeze that comes with the rainy weather, taking care of your health is equally vital. If you don’t maintain your strength and boost your immunity during this unpredictable weather, you may be at a greater risk of contracting seasonal illnesses, which can even be severe. Here are some tips and habits which you might want to follow or adapt, so as to stay healthy during this monsoon.


 

Try to include Probiotics in your food

Foods like Yogurt, fermented vegetables, butter milk etc. has good level of probiotics, which helps in gut cleaning by acting as a nutrient that kills and fights the germs inside your body.


 

Stay hydrated

It is very important to maintain bodily fluids. Thus, the intake of water is important. Not just water, any other fluids which makes you stay hydrated will help in blood circulation as well thereby, making your immune system strong.
