AA22xA6: In a sensational casting news, Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone has collaborated with Telugu superstar Allu Arjun in a much anticipated movie, tentatively titled AA22xA6. Directed by box office observing Atlee, this movie is already going through incredible buzz because of its combination of star power and cross-genre uniqueness.
A Blockbuster in the Works
Directed by Atlee, who has recently acclaimed acclaim for his pan-India blockbuster Jawan. The film will be a massive sci-fi action entertainer backed by Sun Pictures at a budget of reportedly over ₹700 crore, which is on track to be one of the most expensive Indian films ever. The expected filming will create multi-locations in India and across the globe until later 2025.
Deepika is a Star in Science Fiction South Indian Film
Deepika Padukone’s addition to the cast makes this already heavy slate of an ensemble schedule laden even more. When we think of Deepika it might be worth note that she has worked in a few multilingual films, but although she has direct synergy with top tier South Indian Actros previously she has not collaborated directly as a South Indian actor in a lead role. In addition to Deepika and Allu Arjun, the film will also feature Mrunal Thakur and Janhvi Kapoor in key roles. There are hints that two more big actress parts could be added to the mix, making a true pan-India, star-studded cast, which may put Atlee’s expertise at managing big ensemble casts, truly to the test.

In previous interviews, Deepika shared high praise for Allu Arjun, commenting on how he was able to hold the audience’s attention, as he is an inviting movie star. With these two now on screen together, the anticipation for this pair on screen cannot be higher.
