Axiom-4 Mission: Tomorrow, on June 11, Indian Air Force officer Shubhanshu Shukla will make history by piloting the eagerly awaited Axiom-4 (Ax-4) mission to the International Space Station (ISS). NASA announced that Shubhanshu Shukla will fly the agency’s mission to the International Space Station (ISS) on a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on June 11. According to the media sources, posters in Shukla’s birthplace of Lucknow wish the local lad luck on his space voyage.
Why Axiom-4 Mission Delayed?
The mission, which was initially planned to launch on June 10 (today), has been delayed to June 11 (tomorrow) owing to unfavorable weather conditions, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) announced in a post on June 9.
Launch of Axiom-4 mission to International Space Station: The Axiom-4 mission to deploy Indian Gaganyatri to the International Space Station has been postponed from June 10th, 2025, to June 11th, 202,5, due to weather circumstances. It stated that Dr. V Narayanan, Chairman of ISRO, Secretary of the DOS, and Chairman of the Space Commission, is scheduled to launch at 5:30 PM IST on June 11, 2025.

Where to Watch Live?
On June 11, the Ax-4 mission is scheduled to launch at 8 am ET, or 5.30 pm IST for Indian viewers. The majority of live feeds start at least two hours before the launch. Live updates and videos will probably be posted on the official pages of the Axiom and SpaceX Twitter accounts. Additionally, starting at 4:55 p.m. IST, you can view livestreams of videos on the NASA website or the NASA+ app. The launch will also be livestreamed on the Axiom Space YouTube page. A webcast will probably be posted by SpaceX on their X website.
