Donald Trump recently made his first financial disclosure as President of the United States. This document shows the main sources of his income, ranging from his cryptocurrency ventures to payments from his properties and product sales featuring his name.
The financial disclosure report, made public by the Office of Government Ethics, covers his financial activity for the year 2024. The 234-page document includes details about his stocks, bonds, properties, and other financial assets. According to the disclosure, Trump made nearly \$57.35 million from selling tokens related to World Liberty Financial, a crypto venture.
The report also shows that Trump owns 15.75 billion governance tokens in this venture. His Florida properties — including golf clubs in Jupiter, Doral, and West Palm Beach — brought in a total of at least \$217.7 million in income.
He also earned large payments from selling products with his name and image on them. This includes \$3 million from the “Save America” coffee table book, \$2.5 million from Trump-branded sneakers and fragrances, \$2.8 million from Trump watches, and over \$1.3 million from the Greenwood Bible. Royalty payments from NFT licenses and related products also contributed more than a million dollars to his income.
The financial disclosure also revealed some payments related to other ventures. These included a $5 million license fee that Trump received for a real estate project in Vietnam.. The report further shows that Trump owes at least \$15,000 on his American Express card. It also highlights payments due to E. Jean Carroll, following a court ruling in a defamation case.
Donald Trump did not include some financial details about his meme coin, $TRUMP, in his latest disclosure because the coin launched after the filing deadline.
