Virgin Boys Finally Hits Theaters on July 11

Virgin Boys: After years of waiting, Virgin Boys, a youthful entertainer produced before the COVID-19 pandemic, is finally set to release in theaters on July 11. Directed by Dayanand Gaddam and produced by Raja Darapuneni under the Raj Guru Films banner, the film faced a long delay due to the pandemic’s impact on theatrical releases. Now, the question arises, will this long-postponed film resonate with today’s audiences, or is it simply being offloaded after years in limbo?

Long-Postponed Film:

Despite the delayed release, the makers are presenting the film as a vibrant, youth-centric story filled with romance, humor, and emotion. The team recently launched the foot-tapping track “DumDigaDum,” which Smaran Sai composed, Pranav Chaganti wrote, and Yasir Nisar sang. JD Master delivered energetic choreography, while Aditya Music expanded the song’s digital reach, helping it gain significant attention online.

The film features an ensemble cast, Geethanand, Mitraaw Sharma, Srihan, Jennifer Emmanuel, Ronith, and Anshula, who portray characters navigating college life, relationships, and the realities of modern love. At the song launch event, the cast expressed their excitement and optimism about the film. Producer Raja Darapuneni announced that the censor board awarded the film an ‘A’ certificate and praised its content, especially for resonating well with female viewers.

Makers Response:

Actor Srihan described Virgin Boys as a complete entertainer. Director Dayanand Gaddam promised the film would transport audiences back to their youthful days. Actress Mitraaw Awasthi appreciated the chance to play a layered role and praised the warm, family-like atmosphere on set. Geethanand highlighted the film’s relatable tone and strong entertainment value. Asian Suniel Garu took charge of distributing Virgin Boys in the Nizam region. After a long delay, the film will finally hit theaters. While time will tell if its pre-pandemic essence still resonates with post-COVID audiences, the team firmly believes that its energy, music, and message will strike a chord with today’s youth.
