Shubhanshu Shukla, the group captain of India, has set out on a historic space expedition. Indians’ eyes glowed when Shubhanshu and his three other friends departed today on the Axiom-4 mission after many days of waiting. To get to the International Space Station, Shubhanshu still has to travel for almost twenty-eight hours. On the other side, Shah Rukh Khan followers had another opportunity to rejoice when Shubhanshu’s adventure occurred. The song ‘Yun Hi Chala Chal Rahi’ from Shah Rukh Khan’s classic film ‘Swades’ actually played when Shubhanshu started his historic space voyage.
An interesting coincidence is that, although Shah Rukh Khan portrayed a NASA scientist in “Swades,” NASA also plays a significant role in Shubhanshu’s mission. ‘Yun Hi Chala Chal Rahi’ is one of those Hindi songs that is thought to be ideal for a journey. However, did you know that this song was written for Aamir Khan’s movie rather than Shah Rukh’s?
Shah Rukh’s personality. Mohan Bhargav, who is content with his life, goes back to India to honor his grandmother. He and his grandmother intend to return to the United States. While traveling back to India, Mohan encounters a fakir en route to his village. ‘Yun Hi Chala Chal Rahi’ is playing on the radio as he travels with this fakir. The voyage for which the words penned by Javed Akhtar are the motivation is not merely a journey from one point to another. Additionally, it is a journey of self-discovery. Along with many lessons, it is also the voyage of an immigrant encountering his homeland.

Swades Movie Plot:
In ‘Swades’, Shah Rukh’s character reappears for a brief period. But here he gets so immersed in witnessing people’s issues, finding answers to them, and fixing things that he starts connecting with his soil. ‘Swades’ concludes with Mohan Bhargava returning to India from the United States. There is a Sufi vibe to the way Javed Sahab’s lyrics capture this whole experience. AR Rahman, with the magic of his music, had blended these lyrics into such a beautiful tune that people start singing it even now in a trip mood. In reality, though, Rahman had written this song for another movie.
