COVID Vaccine Cardiac Deaths: There is no connection between the COVID-19 vaccines and the increase in unexpected heart attack deaths, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare stated on Wednesday. To support its assertion, the ministry highlighted in-depth research on sudden fatalities among adults post-C that was done by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
Numerous studies on sudden fatalities among adults following COVID-19 conducted by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and AIIMS have decisively shown no connection between COVID-19 vaccines and sudden deaths. COVID-19 vaccinations in India are safe and effective, with very few cases of major adverse effects, according to studies conducted by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and the ICMR, the ministry said in a statement.

The statement explained that many variables, such as lifestyle, genetics, pre-existing diseases, and problems following C-section, might cause abrupt cardiac fatalities. Numerous factors, such as heredity, lifestyle, pre-existing diseases, and problems following COVID-19, can lead to sudden cardiac fatalities. The statement further said, “Scientists have reaffirmed that claims that the COVID vaccine causes unexpected deaths are untrue, deceptive, and not backed by scientific consensus.”

Shefali Jariwala Death:
Actor Shefali Jariwala died unexpectedly last week in Mumbai, shocking the nation. Doctors believe a sudden drop in blood pressure caused her death. She was 42 years old. Police confirmed that they found no signs of foul play in her death. “We are awaiting the post-mortem report,” a police official stated.
On Friday night, Shefali collapsed at her home. Her husband, television actor Parag Tyagi, rushed her to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Andheri. Doctors declared her dead on arrival. Preliminary findings suggest she suffered a heart attack.
Authorities later transferred her body to R.N. Cooper Hospital in Juhu for a post-mortem examination. Since 2020, the country has witnessed a rise in sudden cardiac deaths among young individuals. Many have linked these cases to COVID-19 vaccinations, fueling public concern. Health experts hope ongoing studies will bring clarity and curb speculation.
