Why did Soham Parekh moonlight?
Financial troubles led the Indian engineer to take on many gigs, but he insisted that it was never motivated by greed. He was supposed to finish his graduation in America, but he is from Mumbai. He was forced to abandon that desire due to financial limitations. After landing a job, he eventually traveled to the United States and began working at several jobs at once. He added that there hasn’t been much of a shift in his financial circumstances.

“I know my decisions seem counterintuitive,” he admits after talking about his financial difficulties. He goes on to say that because he was more interested in creating things than making money, he consistently accepted “lower pay, higher equity offers.”
