Pushpa 2 is going crazy everywhere and has made over Rs 500 crore at the box office worldwide. This is the first time a movie in Indian cinema history has made Rs 500 crore at such a high rate. Getting to the subject at hand, there have already been rumors that Pushpa 2 is turning into a money-making venture for all parties.
By the conclusion of the second weekend alone, the movie is expected to have made over Rs 1000 crore at the worldwide box office. It is now known that Allu Arjun received compensation for this second Pushpa installment in the region of Rs 300 crore.
Although this figure first seemed unrealistic, the film’s performance at the worldwide box office is supporting it. At the ticket booths, things are going really smoothly.
Before Pushpa actor, Vijay Thalapathy was reportedly the highest-paid actor in the country. According to various media reports, Thalapathy charged Rsn200 crore for his film G.O.A.T, in which he played dual roles. With Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun has broken the record of Thalapathy Vijay.
According to a report by Track Tollywood Arjun has reportedly charged a staggering Rs 300 crore as his fee for Pushpa 2, that’s almost the 60% of the filmbudget.
Pushpa 2 is funded by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers with an estimated budget of Rs 500 crores , out of it Allu Arjun takes home pay check of Rs 300 crores. The action thriller is setting several box-office records, it has earned over Rs 575 crore (US$69 million) worldwide in its first three days of it’s grand debut.
The film made a record of the highest pre-release business in India, with combined theatrical and non-theatrical business of Rs 1085 crores.
