3BHK Day 1 Box Office Collection: 3BHK is the latest Tamil release starring Siddharth, Sarathkumar, and Devyani. The film got released on July 4 in Tamil and Telugu in theatres. Directed by Sri Ganesh, of 8 Thottakal and Trigger, the movie is a heartfelt family drama that speaks of the dreams and struggles of the Indian middle class. 3BHK artfully blends the elements of emotion along with realism and nostalgia into a gripping story that revolves around a family’s pursuit of their dream home.
Spanning over many years. The film tracks the life of a lower-middle-class family. Confronting day-to-day hurdles in the form of school and tuitions, medical bills, and uncertainty in meetings. Their story basically hinges on one single and mutual goal: to finally buy a 3BHK apartment to call their very own.
3BHK opened to collections that were reported to be around ₹1 crore in India and was reported by Sacnilk. The film received mixed-to-positive reviews on day one and thereby received a little help from the star cast as well as from the emotional plot. However, analysts now feel the collections would improve over the weekend following some growing positive word of mouth.
The film brings together Sarathkumar and Devyani, who have previously starred together in the renowned film Suryavamsam. Siddharth and Meethu Ragunath are their children, while Kannada actress Chaithra Achar makes her Tamil debut here. The emotional heart of the film has received much acclaim from the early audience.
3BHK has also got some excellent technical support: Dinesh Krishnan B and Jithin Stanislaus on camera, Amrit Ramnath on music, and Ganesh Siva on editing. The production design is by Vinoth Rajkumar N.

The production cost for 3BHK was estimated at somewhere between ₹12–15 crores. For their path to commercial success to remain steady. The film should have steady theatrical processions, which for now looks promising. Although the OTT rights are yet to be finalized, the film is, for the time being, marking its presence in theatres and might pick up further momentum in the coming days.
