Recently, Rakul Preet Singh got severely injured that she had to take bed rest for two weeks. She previously mentioned her health update saying, ” My body has been giving me signs of Spasms, But I as usual ignored them. I worked and worked and now got injured and I am on my bed for a week now. I am someone who doesn’t like to give it and rest for a day or two when my body gives any signs, I was in the mindset that Mind is all that matters. Please don’t be like me, Listen to your body.”

Now, Rakul Preet Singh also celebrated her first Karwachauth after getting married while she was resting. She posted a picture of hers on her instagram story and captioned it saying ‘Karwachauth on bed’. Later she posted her pictures of Karwachauth with her husband on her instagram. She was seen wearing a belt as a part of her treatment. Today she posted a picture on her instagram that says. ”The Soul Usually Knows What to do to heal the soul, The challenge is to silence the mind” and captioned it saying ”Aaj ka gyaan (Today’s knowlegde). Hinting on the importance of listening to our body and letting it heal itself rather than listening to the mind and keep working to make it worse.
