Actress Niddhi Agerwal may have unknowingly paid a heavy price for loyalty and timing. When she signed Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM) opposite Pawan Kalyan, she had no other major projects in hand. Due to the actor’s dual responsibilities especially as Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh, the film came with a clause: Niddhi must remain available to match his shifting schedule.

At the time, the deal seemed fair. But what followed were years of delays, leaving her stuck while offers came and went.

Enter Prabhas and Another Waiting Game

Later, when she finally got the chance to sign The Raja Saab opposite Prabhas, another actor with a jam-packed calendar, the situation repeated. Once again, she was required to be free and flexible for shooting in phases, depending on Prabhas’ availability. Meanwhile, both films, HHVM and The Raja Saab faced multiple reschedules.

Currently, HHVM is scheduled for July 24, 2025, after multiple delays, and The Raja Saab is postponed to December 5, 2025.

Less Pay, Longer Wait

What adds to Niddhi’s challenging position is the remuneration gap. Unlike top actresses who charge ₹4–6 crore and still have the flexibility to choose fast-moving projects, Niddhi is reportedly receiving a significantly lower fee for both films, despite dedicating years to them.

Given the extended timeline, industry insiders suggest that no A-list actress would have agreed to such long-term availability for such limited compensation.
