  • 1. Start your day with protein and hydration: This helps kick-start your metabolism and prevent overeating.
  • 2. Eat three meals a day, not snacks: A balanced, homemade meal is better than snacks.
  • 3. Avoid sugary and packaged foods: The hidden ingredients in these slow down weight loss.
  • 4. Exercise for 45 minutes every day: Combine strength training and walking.
  • 5. Avoid dinner after 8 pm: Give your body time to rest, not digest.
  • 6. Sleep at least 7 hours: Quality sleep is essential for hormones that control appetite and fat loss.
