AA22xA6: The Atlee-Allu Arjun project, tentatively titled AA22xA6, has continued to make headlines for various reasons since its announcement. The makers officially confirmed Deepika Padukone’s inclusion in the main cast in June. However, reports that they planned to cast five lead heroines sparked curiosity and speculation about the film’s concept.

Recent buzz suggests that Allu Arjun will portray four different characters, all belonging to the same family. While the filmmakers have not revealed the plot, insiders have described the movie as a sci-fi action drama with strong emotional elements. Earlier this week, strong rumors indicated that Rashmika Mandanna might join the cast in a special role. Reports also claim that Janhvi Kapoor, Bhagyashree Borse, and Mrunal Thakur have already signed on to the film. Additionally, speculation suggests that the producers approached Hollywood star Will Smith for the antagonist’s role.

Kalanidhi Maran is producing AA22xA6 under the Sun Pictures banner. While reports suggest that Atlee has signed Sai Abhyankkar as the music director, the filmmakers have yet to confirm details about the rest of the main cast and crew. AA22xA6 marks the first-ever collaboration between Allu Arjun and Atlee. To give fans a glimpse of the film’s sci-fi-themed setting, the makers released a few behind-the-scenes stills ahead of its scheduled April launch in Los Angeles.

A few weeks ago, Atlee spoke about the film during an event in Chennai. He said, “We are bringing in all the latest technologies. Declaring the budget is the producer’s call. My goal is to deliver a visionary cinematic experience. This film is my dream, and I believe the masterpiece will make all of us proud.”
