Weight Loss Using ChatGPT: A 56-year-old American guy is making headlines after losing 11 kg in 46 days without using any fad diets, a trainer, or a gym membership. What’s his secret? ChatGPT. After battling weight gain and physical discomfort, Pacific Northwest-based YouTuber Cody Crone looked to AI for advice. Feeling dissatisfied with his fitness and health on his 56th birthday, Cody made the decision to change and let AI create his customized weight loss plan.


Cody shed 25.2 pounds (around 11.4 kg) in just one and a half months, going from 95 kg to 83 kg. His tale is noteworthy because he didn’t employ a personal coach or take weight loss medications like Ozempic. Instead, he used AI-planned discipline, clean food, intelligent supplementation, and regular exercise.

Cody Crone’s Routine:
In a YouTube video, Cody described his routine and transformation. His AI-guided strategy looked like this:


Fasting and Nutrition:
1. With a lengthy period of fasting, eat two whole-food meals every day.
2. After 5 PM, no food.
3. Meals were entirely devoid of dairy, sugar, seed oils, and processed foods.
Cody’s Diet Example:
1. Breakfast consists of four eggs, half a pound of lean, grass-fed beef, unsweetened steel-cut oats, and a supplement of greens.
2. Dinner consists of half an avocado or olive oil, 8 ounces (around 225 grams) of lean steak, and 1/3 cup of jasmine rice.
3. No sugary treats or snacks.

Weight Loss Using ChatGPT and Workout:
constructed a home gym in the garage that includes a weighted vest, kettlebells, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, and a dip bar.

1. Work exercise for 60 to 90 minutes per day, six days a week, starting at 6 AM.
2. To keep things consistent, I got up at 4:30 AM every day.

Rest and Recuperation:
1. Made 7–8 hours of sleep a priority.
2. To improve the quality of your sleep, avoid using screens an hour before bed, use blackout curtains, and even eat raw honey before bed.
3. There are no electronics or synthetic bed linens in the bedroom.
4. Sunlight and Hydration
5. Drank around 4 litres of water daily, stopping by early evening.
6. Got 15–20 minutes of morning sunlight every day to support metabolism and energy.

Monitoring Development:
Recorded his weight after a fast each morning, enabling AI to modify the diet in real time.
