Kingdom is a high-budget spy-action thriller directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri (of Jersey fame). It features Vijay along with Bhagyashri Borse and Satyadev. The movie, which has encountered a lot of issues, has been forced to change its release date several times. From March 30 to July 4, and now potentially July 31. With a huge budget apparently of ₹100 crores riding on it, the stakes are quite high for both the actor and the production house.
Promotional Absences Raise Eyebrows
Vijay’s absence from recent promotional events had already given rise to speculation amongst fans. Now confirmed to be in the hospital, his reason for keeping a low profile finally comes out.
